Shipping Services and Payment Terms for Quail Pens and Pigeon Lofts
W.L. Jaggars quail recall pens and pigeon lofts are handmade and built to order. Units are made and delivered in the order that payments are received. We work hard to get your unit to you as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that fall and early winter are our busiest times so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be delivered. Occasionally we have units ready to go out the door. They are sold on a first come basis.
Payments are accepted as follows:
We accept personal checks, money orders and credit card orders via PayPal. (there is a PayPal transaction fee of 3.1% for credit card purchases. This fee is added to the total cost of the products and services purchased.)
A 50% deposit is required to begin construction of your project. When your unit is a few days from completion you will be notified of the final payment and shipping charges. When final payment/shipping charges are received the unit will be shipped via freight and you will be e-mailed delivery & tracking information.
Shipping services are handled using Central Transport International. A visit to their website will give you an idea of their nation wide distribution. We have been using them exclusively for the past year. Our customers have been very pleased with their on time/no damage deliveries.
Shipping is available to commercial locations with available forklifts such as lumberyards, warehouses, etc. If you cannot make arrangements with a local firm to accept delivery you can pick up your shipment at the Central Transport local freight terminal. A small trailer (5 x10) and some ratchet straps is all you will need for a terminal pick up. There are additional charges for driver delay, lift gate delivery, and notifications of specific delivery times. The most common and useful option is the notification of arrival and call before delivery… a bargain at $35.
All freight is shipped prepaid and will be added to the cost of the unit prior to shipment. We will happily provide you with shipping quotes or if you have questions pertaining to shipping, please email us with the specific unit and location you would like it sent to. Average delivery charges are under $200.
No units will be shipped or delivered until final payment and all shipping charges have been paid.
